Every time you visit Coborn’s store, you can complete this Online Customer Survey and participate in the $100 monthly drawing. Here is a brief list of rules and regulations, you need to follow to enter the contest.
- The promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States of America including Washington D.C.
- Your age must be at least 18 years or over as of the sweepstakes entry date.
- Visit a participating Coborn’s store lately during the promotion period and receive a purchase receipt with a survey invitation for the online survey.
- Must not be the employees or their immediate family members of RFG, its clients, affiliates, subsidiaries, and Market Force Information or anyone related to the program.

- Respond to the survey questions recalling your most recent shopping experience at a Coborn’s store.
- At the conclusion of the survey, provide your sweepstakes entry details including an active and valid email address or telephone number.
Telephone Survey Entry
Besides online, you can take Coborn’s Customer Feedback Survey over the phone. For the telephone survey, you need to call the number printed on your Coborn’s survey invitation receipt. Or, you can call the toll-free number at (866) 476-1381. Listen to the instruction carefully and complete the survey. At the conclusion, you will have an opportunity to give your sweepstakes registration information.
