- An entrant’s age must be at least 18 years or the age of majority in their respective states of permanent residence.

- Visit a participating HomeGoods store recently during the sweepstakes period
- Retain the purchase receipt with a survey invitation received on that visit.

- A mail-in entry card and envelope must be written by the entrant only.
